Born and raised on the Jersey Shore, Chris Ryan graduated from Red Bank Regional High School and Lafayette College, where he studied Economics and Political Science.  After spending time in the advertising industry in New York City, Chris returned to work with his father in the family insurance agency in 2004, merging with McCue Captains Agency in 2013.  Chris enjoys working with local small businesses, addressing all of their insurance needs.  Another of Chris’ specialties is in the unique concerns of New Jersey’s high net worth and coastal residents.

An advocate for his industry, Chris is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of both Monmouth County and New Jersey as well as the Young Agents Council of New Jersey, serving as Chairman for the 2013-2014 term.  Additionally, Chris serves on the Board of Directors of both the Red Bank Rotary Club and the Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce.  In his spare time, Chris enjoys fishing, photography, and spending time with his wife, his daughter and their dogs at home on the Jersey Shore.  He’s also a frequent visitor to St. John in the US Virgin Islands, where Chris and his wife were married, and he spends most of his time in the water.
