Refunds: Pre-paid Signature event registration fees are refundable only if the event date or venue changes.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made within one week of the event will incur a full charge and are non-refundable. We encourage you to transfer your registration to a colleague.
- "No-shows" will be charged the full amount and are non-refundable.
Payment Responsibility: All registrations not canceled before the one-week deadline will be charged in full, regardless of attendance.

Transferability: Your registration is transferable to another individual from your company.
