Andy has over 30 years of experience as a senior executive in consumer-facing businesses. His career includes roles as President & CEO of KB Toys, Head of Specialty Retail at Toys "R" Us, EVP of Merchandising & Marketing at Party City, and EVP at Alex Brands (a private equity rollup). With significant experience in P&L management, strategic planning, business development, team building, marketing, and finance, Andy's skills complement Kelley's perfectly.  Andy believes that providing our clients with truly superb care is a must and is thrilled that he and Kelley are very fortunate to work with an outstanding team of caregivers and business leaders who are equally committed to offering a higher quality of care. He hopes to continue to grow the business so we can serve many more families throughout central New Jersey.

I was born in Red Bank, grew up in Fair Haven, lived in Westfield for 30 years and in 2020 moved back to Monmouth County and now live in Manasquan with my husband. We have 2 recently married sons who live out of state. 

I have been in the financial service industry for over 30 years and a Private Banker at JP Morgan in NJ. I am a Certified Financial Planner who takes a holistic approach to wealth management for my high net worth clients. I work with all types of clients and provide guidance to help them achieve their financial goals and objectives and make a large firm feel small. I have many resources to draw from and will bring in specialist if needed. I provide advice and services that include investment management, business succession planning, financial planning, trust and estate planning, life insurance, lending, banking and more.

I am passionate young professional known to most as Quady! I have  worked in many positions with young children. I  first was an art assistant at Ranney School Camp for five consecutive summers.  I interned with special needs pre-school children and with adults with mental illnesses while I was studying at Seton Hall University. I graduated with a Major in Social and Behavioral Sciences and a minor in Social Work. Recently I received my certification for Trauma and Resilience Practitioner. After graduating I volunteered once a week in the Child Life Department at Jersey Shore Medical Center until I started Pinwheel Place. I also worked at St. Clare’s Home for Children where the children were often seen with me doing my latest project.I also have spent many hours  working at the YMCA Child Achievement Branch.

I have been in commercial cleaning for 47 years.
