About Us

Lakehouse Music Academy (LHMA) is a progressive music school, featuring group rehearsals, individual lessons, and live performances, including LHMA's ''The Big Gig.'' Our program is committed to the development of comprehensive musicianship for every student, at every level, at every age.

Our team employs various teaching methods built around each student’s particular musical interests and goals. Students have the opportunity to hone their skills in live performance, private study, original songwriting, recording, engineering, production, theory, and business/marketing. Our holistic approach to music education allows us to introduce the undeniable power of music to young children, to inspire adults to ''Join the Band'' and take the stage, and to produce the most prepared teenage musicians for today’s music industry. LHMA alumni are currently pursuing their musical dreams at some of the country's strongest music programs - including Berklee College of Music, University of the Arts, Rutgers University, and more.


Lakehouse Music Academy brings progressive teaching philosophies and techniques to our new campus, seamlessly blending tradition with innovation. Nestled within the esteemed Red Bank Catholic Fine and Performing Arts Center, our historical yet revitalized space is where musicians can thrive, innovate, and create in the heart of downtown Red Bank.
